I just wanted to share my new head phones, they are made by Pass Labs, you'll just have to read about them here. At about $40k a pair they may seem a little pricey, but man do they sound good, I have to admit to a little neck strain from trying to keep my head up while wearing these though. tongue.gif

$40,000 a pair? I hope they are diamond-studded!

At three hundred pounds apiece this could definitely give you that no neck look. laugh.gif

I've know Nelson Pass since he was making prototype amplifiers in his home in the mid seventies, his real claim to fame are his amplifiers and preamps which have garnered him an international reputation. Nelson has always had an interest in speakers, while at the University of Cal. at Davis he built a speaker that he named "the claw" which he would drive with a transistor radio...remember we're talking a long time ago. The claw was so loud that when ever he played music on it out doors the police would respond. He has recreated the beast for his DIY forum, you can check it out here.

As for the dojo, at fifty six I'm now in need of a regular training and maintenance program as work alone no longer cuts it, it's too bad the commute to your dojo is so long. I had a brief two year love affair with Wing Chun years ago and would benefit returning to it.
