In case anyone cares, I haven't posted here in over a month. I got bogged down with schoolwork, and I slipped into another bout of depression...which, for those of you who don't have it, bites like a rapid monkey. I kind of withdrew from everything, both at college and online, and was kind of being anti-social.

I think I'm working through it now...I've started updating my blogs and posting to my forums again (including here!!), getting back to my video games, and getting back to watching my favorite TV shows for the first time in months (go CSI Miami!!!).

It was kind of a shock to come back to Thoughtvent after a whole month...I've missed so much!!! blink.gif

Anyway...yeah...if no one noticed, then I'm sorry for taking up your time.

P.S. - For those of you in college who want to take six classes in one semester: DON"T DO IT!!!!!!! You will be asking for trouble!!!!!

Gracious, you are not not not "taking up our time!!" Nope, nope, nope. Just so glad to know that you are beginning to feel much better - huge happy smile!!!

I'm afraid I know so little about clinical depression but to take six courses in one semester would surely equal little sleep = big woes! Please take ever such good care of yourself, keep us updated and do join in on the catching up of any topic that interests you, rms4evr.

Take care and glad you're back!

Your absence was noticed and you were missed, it's good to see you are feeling better and are back with us.

I just finished a semester with only ten units (three classes) and was on campus six and a half hours three days a week and had labs in each of those classes that required detailed reports which took between eight and twelve hours a week depending on how complex the labs were. I can relate to taking on large chunks of school work, I had started out with another class and had to drop it after I found out how much time the others were going to require. Working on the days off from school left me without much free time after it was all said and done. It may make you feel like pulling your hair out at times, but it sure makes the time go by fast!

Six courses a semester would depress anyone!
Happy to know they are over and behind you.
And welcome back to TV.

Hay there rms4evr
Not to notice your absence would be like not noticing the absence of the moon from the sky smile.gif (note to self: If I ever go back to school, never take six class in one semester). Glad your feeling better smile.gif, hope you enjoy your time off and will soon be home with your family and kitties.
God Bless and Take Care.

Aww, thanks, guys! grinner.gif

I have a tendency to ramble on, so when I tell people about my problems, so its hard for me to tell when I am being irritating...you have no idea how often people shut me out or tell me to just be quiet!

I've spent a lot of time sleeping and playing video games (currently playing Sam & Max: Season 1 and Legend of Legaia!), and tomorrow I'm going out with my mom. I'm so happy to be home! smile.gif

Thanks again!
