How nice to read that all movie stars are self-absorbed.

Very true! I simply never watch the 'star' programs on tv as I figure what they do with their lives is rarely my business - but how wonderful to realize that an actor made the news for a great reason.

I just found this article and remember seeing it on tv and admired what 1 hollywood tycoon could do.
Then I imagined what it could be like watching others throw in some of their wealth and see it on Entertainment tonight instead of all the new wedding and divorce news that really accomplishes nothing except prompt an individual like myself to develop more disdain for the young rich and famous and their total disregard for their fellow human beings.
After all most of them came very likely from humble beginnings and even those beginnings had more assets to them than the survivors of the catastrophe in the city of New Orleans.
What is the matter with our society today that we show such low regard for helping one another???? JMHO
