After coming off one of his WORST seasons ever - I hope going to Hendricks will help.

I've been a die hard Earnhardt fan for years. After big Dale's death I switched my loyalties to Jr. just really doesn't seem right for Dale Jr. and Jeffey Boy (can you tell I don't much like him) to be driving for the same team.

At least Hendricks will put a GOOD car under him, Lord know Theresa was giving him CRAP.

Just don't seem right to not be in the Budwiser car, (gonna be a Bush boy in it now)(just wrong!) Try and get used to this now fans

Cool beans, good to know we have another NASCAR fan representing the politics forum... I'm a Jimmy Johnson fan (and no I didn't jump on the band wagon).... I was a Dale Jarret fan for years, but I got tired of his "no racein' ass" and decided to start following Jimmy at about the middle of the '05 season... Then, whamo..!.., he wins the cup in '06 & '07... Your right, with Hendricks technology, I look to see Dale Jr. holdin' the checkered flag more often..... Now we're team mates..

I have a buddy I work with, that is a good freind to the Earnhardt family.. Billy (my buddy) used to drive Jr. around before he got his license... They (Theresa, Jr., etc) used to live right down the street from me in Norfolk.. I havn't missed a night race in Richmond for 8 yrs.... Already have my tickets reserved for next season.... Vroom Vroom... Countdown to Daytona Baby...!! Oh Yeah... Here's to being team mates..

I would LOVE to go to a NASCAR race, but (big sigh), To pricey for us right now. If I had my choices I would like to go to Talladega, or Bristol.
I'm more of a fan of the short tracks, but Talladega is a good race also. Not much a fan of restrictor plates though.

By the way, on Speed Week (TV Show), I saw a picture of the (proposed) Mountain Dew Code Red car, it looked a lot like the Budwieser car..... Hey it could be worse, he could be driving a Toyota... Keep that boy in a Chevy..!

Those are the 2 best in my book (Bristol & Talladega) been to bristol, best live track I'm told... Big tracks are for TV as far as I'm concerned... But I'd still like to do Daytona.., just so I can say I was there..

Maybe I could sneek down there and drag yer butt to Bristol, while your Hubby gets his ass well..!!
