Maybe this will get her to take life seriously.
Maybe not.

Britney Spears had an excellent career going before meeting this FLEA, Federline.
I think losing her Children may be the last straw, that broke the Camel's back,as they say.
She needs help quick to get her life back on track.
I personally think she is close to a nervous breakdown.

IMO I think she's had more than enough time to get herself help and get her life straightened out. If the threat of losing her children didn't put her on the right path then there sure isn't much that will. You don't care so much for anyone, let alone your children, when you live the kind of lifestyle that she does.
As for my opinion on her and the subject of a mother losing her children, I've seen both sides of the situation and it's never pretty or easy to accept that someone cares so little about losing there children that they won't take whatever steps are neccessary to avoid the situation. By the way, my son just got full and complete custody of his daughter today and it is well deserved. We know some of what she's been through but not everything. What we do know for sure is there is alot of damage that needs to be reversed if possible and we don't know what else may come out, this thanks to a "mother" that wouldn't change even for the sake of her children. My grandaughter is only 6 yrs. old and has been through more in her short little life than most kids have by the time they're 18 !! Now tell me to feel sorry for Britney!! I don't think so!!

I haven't got sympathy for Britney Spears, simply making an observation. She is the the master of her own destiny, and if she chooses a path to destruction then so be it.I would have much rather seen her Mother get custody, than bludging Federline. If her Mother had custody,I feel there would be less friction during access visits.
PM. Glad to hear your Son has gained Custody,of your Grandaughter 'Iodine'.With your help,at least this little girl now has a chance of a normal life.Let's hope her dreadful childhood hasn't affected her too much Psychologically.

The court felt that Federline could take care of the children better than Britney.
I heard somebody talking about this on TV earlier today and apparently Federline has been getting partial custody of them for awhile and at least has a full-time nanny and they actually may be getting better care with him. Also, it sounded like his mother, the children's grandmother, is also actively involved in their care while he has them.
So, for the sake of the children, it does sound like the Judge has made the correct decision.

Her own fault she is a idiot it seems.
She married this guy who was a idiot and before him she married another for 24 hours. She needs to grow up.

In these "rich and famous" split ups and custody battles and ultimate court judgements. It always seems regardless of who gets the custody the children are principally raised by the nannies anyway which i really hate to see. ( precious hugs and bonding with mom and dad seems to occur at the whim of the parent).
One simply has to look at what has happened to the present monarch in England's children who were raised outside of a family environment with nannies and look at the success rate of their marriages.
The children are the sad victims of these parents who don't seem to or don't want to hang onto the privacy of the family unit. And beyond that they also selfishly put themselves front centre for media attention. The rag mags just love to churn this stuff out onto the news stands which I find disgusting and people actually buy these papers and thus promote this industry that thrives on negativity.
And these unfortunate children as they mature will read the damaging "news" and undoubtedly will be confused at ages where they are already struggling with "growing up" problems thus, possibly leading to a dysfuntional future for themselves. (no family role models...only nannies pushing the buggies)
it seems the fashion today in the glamour city is focused on who is having children, while I thought the city was there for movie promotions. I think about Ingrid Bergman and her stardom and problems and some how in that era the children got a decent upbringing in spite of the flash bulbs and the problems of the parents.
Just MHO.

She needs to get help she has become a mess, mentally and physically. Absolutely a fact the children suffer from bad to lack of ,to no parenting. Of all the child stars I can only think of two that made it through. Shirley Temple and Ron Howard.

I was watching something on TV about Britney and kind of explained to a point why Britney hasn't gone for help. This guy basically said that she's basking in this attention, because it means that she hasn't completely hit bottom. She's been on the top for so long that she probably doesn't know what it would be like to not have paparazzi fluttering around her every move.
They also mentioned, as far as the children, that the judge of her case can easily keep track of her because of the paparazzi. He will know what she's doing basically 24/7. Which in a case like this, I think maybe the paparazzi might actually be doing something helpful whether or not they know it. I'm glad the children went into K-Fed's custody. We don't know how he is in real life, like we obviously know Britney and her ever collapsing career and the hurricane that is her life, but we can tell he's smart, whether on his own account or his lawyer's, but not once has he come out and laughed at Britney and actually helped Britney in allowing one overnight visitation, obviously monitored. I think the children are in better care with him than Britney, for obvious mental reasons.
Britney just seems to take nothing serious, like she's high anytime she goes into public and her kids don't need to be apart of that. I think before she can move on and get her life back together, she's going to have to grow up first. She's going to have to realize that somethings do come before your celebrity and that if she doesn't watch it, she'll lose her children for good.
I don't often follow celebrity, because a lot of it is a bunch of nonsense, and even this is to an extent, because Britney does these things knowing that the paparazzi are going to be there and everyone just loves seeing her being irresponsible. Part of me thinks nothing will happen, seriously, until people actually stop caring, and then we'll see the strength of Britney's psyche. We'll see if she's more than a pink wigged, pantyless, drunk stoner celebrity.
