No music forum is complete without a "Your favourite" thread, and as there wasn't one already, I thought I'd make one!
My favourite artists are: 1) Radiohead 2) System Of a Down 3) Soundgarden Favourite tracks: 1) Paranoid Android - Radiohead (My favourite song ever!) 2) Under The Bridge - Red Hot chili Peppers 3) And It Rained All Night - Thom Yorke There are my favourite's, what are yours? -------------------- Ambition makes you look pretty ugly

Gee, not easy, favourite 3...
ELO, Gorillaz and I guess I have to say the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, as my all-time favourite piece of music is their recording of the Saint-Saens C Minor Organ Symphony under Louis Fremaux. |

Oh don't make me choose!
My three favourite have been so since the early Seventies so are unlikely to change now - Led Zeppelin, Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd. Favourite albums of each - Presence, Passion Play and Wish You Were Here although most of their respective catalogues get a regular spin. Aside from those, current favourites are Nickleback - just acquired my third album and I think they are awesome. Another Canadian band 54-40 - one album in residence on the MP3 player, another waiting in the wings, and third - bit of a resurrection here because I'll be seeing them in December - Queensr˙che, just getting into Operation Mindcrime II. My CD collection spans quite a wide range really and although my heart still lies with '70's classic rock, there are a wealth of good bands around at the moment -------------------- ![]() The Pied Piper pulled you, the mad biker fooled you, I'll do what you want to: If you ride with me on a Friday anything goes. |

BTW guess I'd be a lass then since last time I checked I was not a laddie. i didn't say that they were a preferred instrument....I said I could listen to the "pipes" any or all of the time.....meaning that the instrument is music to my ears, If I was to choose a preferred instrument I would have to say Guitar....whether electric, spanish etc.
Just to clarify my post to the thread!!! |

It was just my way of saying politely I don't like their sound. I'd love to be able to play the drums myself. -------------------- I have the heart of a poet and the skills of a geek.
