Been there. Done similar. Except it was a large pot of homemade tomato sauce (COLD) that our cat fully fell into and upset.

And then the dang cat ran all over the house trying to scrub/wipe it all off.

We were cleaning up for two months.

The cat was about two when she fell in. She lived past 18.

I would have to seen the link on BC to compare. Little things happen in copy, paste etc.
