Don't know where to discuss the olympics in the current sports forum. I am not on about a political discussion about air quaility or human rights, just the sporting aspect.

Maybe a subforum called other sports would suffice ,opening a topic for olympics only would only get 5 weeks of intrest every 4 years.

I understand your point and had in fact thought of it myself. Then I thought, that's still much longer than some topics.
 How about calling it 'Other Sporting Events' or 'Occasional Sporting Multi Events'? |

Good on you King, I'm fed up with hearing about 'uman rites', 'beijing pollution', 'free tibet' etc.
The Olympics is a great event and I'm looking forward to watching some great sport!  (Especially the Ladies' Beach Volleyball!) --------------------  Snana, the friendly Sioux. |

If you don't want to create a new subforum, how about if I create a thread called 'Olympics' in the little used Hockey forum? This could then be deleted at the end of the Olympics.
