Sorry for a BSG question, but why am I suddenly showing as anonymous member?

I can help with that.
First, do the unthinkable - log out of Thoughtvent. Now, click on "log in". Notice on the bottom right hand side of the log in section of the window, it says "Log in as invisible Don't add me to the active users list"? Putting a check mark in that block will log you in as "anonymous". Maybe you checked it accidentally when you last logged in? -------------------- I know you think you understand what you thought I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!  |

Was a bug on the home page. I had it set, mistakenly, to make you anonymous if you logged in via the front page. This has been fixed.

 .Is it also normal that i couldnt reply to this thread straight away because it said something like "flood control"?  I did post to another thread just before clicking "add reply" though. Also, when hitting "add reply" while not logged in, I click ok (have filled in form automatically) and it redirects me to the front page of the forum. Is that a setting from my side or forum based?
