A few years ago we went to my mum's friends place on Christmas eve for dinner. Anyway my Mum's friend made home made cheese and ricotta pastizzis and they were one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted.

Does anyone have a recipe?
Thanks in advance thumbup.gif

Recipe site I use a lot
http://www.cooks.com/
Another recipe here, looks good
http://yousaytomatoisaytomato.blogspot.com/pastizzi
Remember, fresh Ricotta and REAL Parmesan cheese make all the difference in the world. don't use that grated stuff in the green container
Whenever I have a recipe that calls for tomatoes, if I can't get them from my garden, I used canned. Flavor is a whole lot better than greenhouse grown
