True, at least to that extent. While the person doing the eating may loose the gained weight and reduce the cholesterol level the person dying from liver failure isn't going to get a second chance. I should put a preface to this, there are those that have money and fame which buys them the right to supersede conventional practices regarding the transplanting of livers to alcoholics, David Crosby comes to mind immediately.
