[50 Cent]Well, seein as no one posted about the hottest game EVERRRR for ten ****ing years, until The Sims pwned its standins, I will start wit dis thread, yo![/50 Cent]
The series has been up there with the best games ever, in my book. It's a true test for RPG lovers, always being placed in an unknown world, having to get the storyline yourself, and then solve some of the hardest puzzles ever found in a game based on that self-extracted knowledge. Uru disappointed me quite a bit: the Myst feeling seemed drained at that point. I really like the original. Quite difficult yes! Never really had the opportunity to play the rest.

I didn't like them. I hated the fact that you have to click somewhere, then the scenery merely changes. I prefer a character I can dynamically move. If they had a dynamically movable character, then the games would be awesome.

It's not anything like an RPG game, it's totally an Adventure game but maybe I'm just being pedantic.  I found the puzzles far too challenging for me, I will say though that the artwork and scenery in the game is awesome and it it was I think the first game I'd played with such a different interface.

My fiance is a truly myst-ified
 He's played them all... has them all... and I have the books. I have yet to be as entranced with them, but he's trying to get me hooked. Although for awhile I was writing a few sigs, for another forum, in D'ni.
