Why Wii? Its new, its cool. I mean controller based systems have gone about as far as they can go (i think I counted 20 buttons on one of mine) so the Wii-mote is a great way for those of us tired of pushing buttons.
Besides its not like its something we didnt do already. (What you dont move side to side and up and down with the controlled when playing really intense games?) --------------------  Speak softly and carry a weighted baseball bat. Then people have to listen to you. |

i actually own a wii and to be honest it has helped me lose about 7lbs in weight .
honestly if you play wii sports for n hour every couple of days you will see what i mean. i went from 14and a half stone (not sure of it in pounds)maybe around 200 lbs to just under 14 stone in a couple of months. i am not saying that it will work for everyone but it works for me and its good fun to play with the family. -------------------- god my head hurts

I'm with blackspyder, I usually move the controller anyway, lol. The Wii is a pretty neat thing and im not suprised that the 360 only has about 100,000 less then the Wii as compared to the nearly 5 and a half million more than PS3. I can tell that parody was more towards the PS3, especially with the mentioning of lack of games and priced at a small van, lol.
I think the sales of 360 will go up once Halo 3 comes out and people can really see how great of a game it is. And the 360 offers significantly more options for the console than the competition, ie; faceplates, easily upgradable harddrives, 4 different models of the 360 to choose from (Core, Pro, Elite, and the Special edition Halo 3 console). what i can see the wii was released about 12 months after the 360 ,big thing nintendo outselling microsoft and sony.
as yoda mentioned ps3 price is extortianate. -------------------- god my head hurts

I wouldn't call the hard drive easily upgraded. And the different version mainly cause confusion, especially the Core without even a hard drive.
