You skipped BBQ and raw ( I love sashimi)
But depending on the fish, I prefer it cooked a certain way.Tuna grilled when not raw.
Catfish backened cajun style
I guess I'm saying I could have checked them all.

I love sushi and sashimi too. I eat any filet fish (I hate picking the bone thingies).
Having lived on the friendly islands, I am pretty spoiled and like fish thats rare to get here. Eat all sorta kinds of fish though.

I had to lie on the poll because I, as Boopme mentioned, BBQ wasn't an choice. We try to avoid 'deep water' fish (because apparently the polluted stuff we dump settles to the bottom of the ocean, etc) and never, ever buy 'farmed' salmon, only wild. Smoked fish stew - nummy!

Any type of seafood, as long as it is cooked and the taste not destroyed by seasoning.
Cold, boiled shrimp dipped in clarified garlic butter is my favourite.

Deep fried, battered calamari rings with a bit a lemon and herb butter and to make the perfect seafood meal, add a baked potato!

You fry it, I'll eat it ( Clams, Shrimp, Scallops, Calamari, Fish, Conch ) , a boil is good too sometimes. I checked everything on the bottom except oysters , not a fan at all. Alaskan King Crab legs and Lobster tails w/butter (haven't had a lobster tail a long time ) are about as good as it gets for me smile.gif
I forget, is Calamari squid or octopus ?

Wikipedia says it is squid. But I'm sure calamari rings are octopus tentacles that have been chopped.
