This is a pretty appalling video. Today in Hartford Conn. a 78 year old man was hit and run. Watch how many people just walk and drive by. Caution it's a bit graphic. Police are still looking for the driver.
I also wondered what werethey doing as they crossed the double yellow line into the oncoming side. WTNH news video Print story |
