Gerry and the Pacemakers sang a famous song that has been sung by fans of what Brit football clubs?
Hint: From the Musical ‘Carousel’ where it was sung by Christine Johnson and Jan Clayton. And later by by Frank Sinatra in the year ?1945. If you google you cheat, and "you'll walk alone"... (giggle) Liverpool & Celtic football clubs I'll post the lyrics later in another thread. In the mid 1860's Vienna F.C. and 1st Vienna both had English players. In the 1890's the first recorded names appear in Hungary (then annexed to Austria), Arthur Yolland and ? Ashton simultaneously being first.
So what professional British team has one letter in it that no other team has? Which is the only professional English team that you cannot doodle in, (fill in o's a's e's etc.), lower and upper case?
