I think that she is cleverly attempting to serve as an example of why so many can not identify the US on a World map.

Hmmm...
the Google ads at the top of the page for this thread are for: a compressed air flow meter, a company that sells relief valves and air vents, and another company that sells tank breather valves. I guess Google took the word "airhead" seriously!
