Hi
 I received a problem when uploading my avatar. This is what it said: QUOTE Board Message Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information. The error returned was: The upload failed. Please contact a member of staff to help rectify the problem Is this a known issue? Regards, David. |

Your avatar must be no bigger than 90 pixels by 90 pixels in size. Uploaded avatars from your computer must be no larger than 50 KB.
The following file types are allowed: gif,jpg,jpeg,png Hi David,I would clear your cache and temp files and try again. Not a known problem that I am aware of. --------------------  I Search for the Sjogren's Foundation,Who will you search for? I once had a life.. now I have the Internet... |

I clear my Cache and Temp files whenever Firefox shuts down, so that isn't the problem. Doesn't it size it down if it's over the specified dimensions?

Hi David,the only time, I had problems was when I didn't clear Cache etc. Useing an image off my H/D,I had to crop to size,before it would be accepted. I fixed the problem
I uploaded my avatar to my Photobucket account and used that and it worked Regards, David. |
