well-- this will take some getting used to. New buttons and layouts! BUT I am hoping for some refreshing views--- chats etc. So, to introduce myself to you, I am a transplanted yankee from DC, living in Tennessee for over 39 years now. I still find myself in culture shock at times--- but I do love it here. I am a survivor of the 60's and living in DC during those times was a complete maturing-ahead-of-time experience. I have [do] live an extremely eclectic and diverse life. And I have experienced about everything that was on my things-to-do list at the start of my life verses the now remnant bucket list I still have. lol. I have participated on two other boards, prior to coming here for a look see, myway and savesurface. I guess my main difficulty on them was/is my lack of tech knowledge. [I shant remark in depth about egos and power broker administrators]. There are MANY wonderful folks there and I got tired of them leaving the boards before I got a clue why they were going or where they were goin. At least the person who invited me here, emailed me and told me he was leaving and left me some bread crumbs to follow. lol lol. So, BE PATIENT with me. lol lol. Anyway I am here to learn, to share, to laugh and to expand my thoughts. Thanks for listening---

Having had some experience with MyWay forums (at least those that were technical) I think you will find the people here much more to your liking, as well as the general tone of discussions---most of our Members are courteous and above putting down anyone who expresses an authentic opinion that differs from their own.
If you have any questions about using the board, just ask a Moderator, or check the Forum Help and Posting Guidelines ( this is a relatively new forum, so the guidlines forum is still a work in progress).
