Here in Sydney,a Couple spent 2500 AUS Dollars on a Birthday Cake for their 2yr old.
OK,it's their money,however I think it's a complete waste of money,and sheer lunacy.
That amount of Money, would feed a Poor Family in Africa for a year,probably.

Where did they get this cake? It's not like several thousand dollar cakes are in demand.
How can a cake cost 2500$? Was it diamond studded?

Ridiculous is right.Was in our Newspaper,a couple of days ago.They didn't say what the total cost of the Birthday Party was.
The Pic showed a Safari Cake. What 2 yr old needs a Cake costing this much? Will grow up very spoilt,as Vicki said,IMO.

Edit.Went into the Newspaper archives and found it.
