This image is interesting in that you can continuously zoom in on it (or out, for that matter) and it never ends since it circles back to the beginning.

You can view the original "Zoomquilt" h e r e.

But, it gets better - there is also a newer, more detailed "Zoomquilt II" - h e r e.

Both take a little while to load even on broadband, but they are worth it in my opinion.

Notice that you can downlad a screensaver for each of them, too.

Enjoy.

Sounds interesting John, what's the approx. load time so I can plan around it and what would you suggest, just load it to a file or put it in as a screen saver?? I'm not too up on this sort of thing as I seldom load anything to my system other than necessary programs and that's not many for me!! laugh.gif

Iodine, you can just go to each site and watch the "video" so to speak. You can slightly control the speed and whether you are zooming in or out.

Then, if you really like either, or both, you might download the screen saver versions. You have no control over these - they just continuously zoom in.

The load or download time depends on your connection speed.

Try it, you'll like it. It's got great taste and is less filling!
