I'm wondering if anyone has a specialty or favorite to make for this event?

We do lots of various seafoods/shellfoods and just plain meat here.
Boiled, Baked, Fried, Steamed and (ugh) sushimi style too!

One neighbor does a pig(let) for pork BBQ - Carolina style - no tomato sauces.

I think one can be shot here if serving a vegeteble?

I'll be happy with pizza. The wife mentioned shrimp cocktail and some other odds and ends. I won't argue

I actually forgot to get back here too. I usually have a pretty big gang over for this. Eveybody brings something and we start about 2 pm. I'll make a bunch of Pork cutlet sandwiches on small hard rolls with a variety of toppings on the side. A few chilly Sam Adams on hand.
