I heard this song on a commercial and I thought it sounded familar. It's the same song from the closing credits from 40 year-old virgin (if you've seen it). It's a really good song if your into the funk/retro kinda music. It's called age of aquarius. I forget who it's by, but i'm pretty sure if you google it, you'll find it.

Regards,

Actually it awas called "Aquarius/ Let the Sunshine In" from the groovy Broadway play "Hair." Commonly called 'the Age of Aquarius.' The album was originally recorded by The Fifth Dimension.. Late sixties..

Wasn't the age of Aquarius the beginning of Global Cooling?

What's really wacky is the Age of Aquarius really doesn't even start for another like 600 years. So as the song sang "This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius" they were quite off the mark. Must've been something in the air during the '60's. wacko.gif

From what I rememeber of pics. from Woodstock it looked more like a free for all. A lot of the hippies were rather free about things like that though (trying to keep it clean here) laugh.gif

The Fifth Dimension were a cool group, I remember the song well... driving along in my mustang convertible in the "60s" music blaring and not a care in the world, no mortgage, debts what an awesome spring of my life.
Now that precious memory is enshrined in my photo album and the record part of my collection. I love to haul it out every once and awhile and have a listen..its called "nostalgia lane".....Tell me 'bout the good ole days!!! clapping.gif
Aguarians are great people....the zodiac "water sign" and I too am a water sign and find my good friends to be as well Pisces and Scorpio...also water signs and we are a loyal and humanitarin driven group!!!
