Democrats to blame for high oil prices & inflation

We see $140-a-barrel petroleum, and its headed further up. Adding to the cost of food, possible inflation and driving the dollar down in international trade. And we are at the mercy of Venezuela, Iran and other bad actors, as well as Nigeria and other unstable places, due to our huge need for imported oil.

So what has congress done?

Over the past 30 years: Democrats have blocked the development of new sources of petroleum.
Democrats have blocked drilling in ANWR.
Democrats have blocked drilling off the coast of Florida.
Democrats have blocked drilling off of the east coast.
Democrats have blocked drilling off of the west coast.
Democrats have blocked drilling off the Alaskan coast.

Democrats believe taxing and suing oil companies will somehow bring down gas prices.

The Democrats have sold out to radical environmentalists, and in doing so have set in place the conditions that can bring ruin to this nation.

While we all want to go to renewable green energy--no one disagrees that we will always have need for our own oil & natural gas. 74% of Americans, including democrats & republicans want to drill in our own country. It appears that democrats in congress really do not want to become energy independant, as they preach.

Wonder why your groceries cost more? Why you are paying $4 and soon $5 a gallon for gasoline? Wonder why your power bill is going up, while they're telling you they want to get of off foreign sources of energy? Put the blame where it belongs: the Democrats.

Pastor Wright is no friend of Barack Obama

Is Pastor Wright "really" a friend & supporter of Barack Obama?

Pastor Wright is making his rounds around the country right now, in defense, of none other than HIMSELF. Defending the indefensible. IE: The United States manufacturing the aids virus to kill off blacks in Africa. The chickens have come home to roost, regarding 9/11 & of course the G-Damm America comments--over America inventing crack/cocain--in order to throw black men in prison for the rest of their lives.

Juan Williams a democrat, African Americn commentator of Fox News is convinced of something: He is saying that Pastor Wright WANTS Barack Obama to lose this election, so that Pastor Wright can prove his point. That America is a white racist country.

After listening to Pastor Wright it becomes clear that he is narcisstic. One who believes he is the all powerful, & has no conscience regard to the consequences of others who surround him. (Barack Obama) Inferring today, that an attack on him is an attack on all black churches. Wright basically annointed himself supreme speaker of all black churches in this country.

Wright then goes on to say that Barack Obama will say what he has to say as a politician. Inferring that Barack Obama really doesn't mean what he says, he just says it to get elected, "with a wink & a nod to Pastor Wright".

Finally, he will not apologize for any of his remarks as that would be like talking against his "mama". Indicating that he is not going to change his hateful rhetoric, because it is the "black traditional church" theme that his mama, his papa & his grandparents believed.

When asked if he was patriotic: Wright states he served 6 years in the Marines, & then says that Dick Chenney never served. Timothy McVey also served in the U.S. military, was honorably discharged, & was later found guilty of the horrific Oklahoma city bombing.

I listened to two African American church-going women today, who are outraged at Pastor Wrights country trotting campaign. They strongly disagree that all black churches are like Trinity, & say that they are in the minority.

Something new came out of Pastor Wright today.
We all know that Wright was dis-invited to the announcement of the Obama campaign. According to Wright, he was hidden in the basement. He says he prayed with the Obama family just prior to the announcement.

I don't know what Barack Obama saw in this man. I don't know if he attached to Pastor Wright, because his own father abandoned him at 2 years old? What is disturbing is that Obama had his two young daughters sitting there listening to this maniac. Obama sat there for 20 years.

While Obama still has not thrown Pastor Wright under the bus, & run over him a few hundred times. It appears to me that Pastor Wright has thrown Barack Obama under his bus.

One would think that the majority of African Americans would be furious with Pastor Wright. Here is the first African American presidential candidate who really has a chance of winning the Presidency. Yet Wright is getting standing ovations from about every group he is in front of?

Barack Obama has been betrayed by his own mentor.

Americans use your TAX REBATE check to stick it to OPEC!

One of the biggest complaints we hear from Americans, is the high price of gasoline. For some reason, many believe that by simply changing White House adminstrations gasoline will drop to lower levels.

NO that will not happen. Foreign countries supply most of our oil & have total control over the price of it. With China & India has emerging economies, & competeing for oil, the price of gasoline is going to continue to go up.

The only people who can change the condition is US! Therefore, to reduce our dependancy on foreign oil, take your rebate check & put it where your complaint is--BUY A NEW HYBRID OR FUEL EFFICIENT VEHICLE.

Not only are they priced right, $22-to-$26 thousand, but some manufactures are offering 0% financing for 60 months. On electric hybrids, there are federal & state tax breaks available amounting to thousands.

For many--(commuters), who put big bucks in their gas gussling tank--(feeding OPEC). They would more than make up for a monthly payment, by buying one of these vehicles. Many of these Americans would actually save money each month.

Inner city folk, who drive back & forth to work & don't go over 30 miles per hour, would actually be driving all the time on electric battery power, in a hybrid vehicle. Stop & go traffic are great, as the brake on the hybrid vehicle recharges the battery.

For long distance commuters, who drive over 30 mph, take a look at a flex vehicle or something along the lines of a vehicle that gets 50 miles per gallon.

The smaller vehicles today, are made much safer than yesteryear. They have side impact air-bags added & many ad-ons to make them safe in case of an accident.

So, instead of complaining.
Do something to help the enviroment. Do something to stimulate the economy. Do something to reduce our dependancy on foreign oil. And most of all, do something for yourselves.

The Charlie Gibson War- debate in Pennsylvania

The love affair with the main stream media is over. Obama, finally got slammed dunked by journalist Charlie Gibson & George Stephanopolis during the debate in Pennsylvania. The left is outraged, stating that they were too hard on Obama. "it just wasn't fair"!

Yet, over recent months Americans have noticed a notable bias from liberal media outlets, especially coming from the MSN'S in FAVOR of Obama. Hillary was complaining, that the prior debates were unfair to her. SNL has continually made fun of the debates--showing a deliberate bias in favor of Obama.

Well, the "chickens have come home to roost." Obama didn't look too well last night. Constantly having to defend his elitist comments, his pastor disaster, & now something new. His association with an American terrorist.

After about 40 minutes of him having to answer to these questions, which in my opinion, he still hasn't. Especially regarding Rev. Wright, he stumbled on answers to policy.

This is where Charlie Gibson won his war. Obama talking about taxes, stating he would only raise taxes on anyone making over 250K per year. Charlie WMD-D Obama when Obama stated he was going to raise capital gains tax to 28% from the current 15%. When Charlie "informed" Obama that the government collects more taxes when capital gains tax is lowered. Then informed him that over 1 million working class Americans are invested in the stock market, Obama looked stunned.

When Charlie stated that raising capital gains tax is actually a tax increase to all Americans, Obama looked dumbfounded, & yet still tried to defend his position by stating.

"Warren Buffet" told me that he pays less percentage in taxes than his secretary does. Obama then states he is after the wealthy wall-streeters. Still failing to realise that if Warren Buffets poor secretary has any kind of investment, she will still be paying the same amount in capital gains tax as her boss, Warren Buffet.

Then Charlie got him again on raising the cap on Social security, calling it another tax increase.

Oh well, it went on. But, it is very easy to see that if Obama cannot read a speech from a telepromter, he is out in the cold. Obama lost this debate in a very big way.

Both on personal issues, & set policies he plans to inact.

Obama blows it again--while stating he doesn't want

Obama & Clinton need a rest. I know that these candidates are going hard at one another, often seven days a week, 18 hrs a day.

Obama's statement, reflecting on AIDS, then runs into abortion stating:

I will teach my daughters morals, then goes on to say, but "I" will let them know that if they make a mistake they don't need to be punished with a baby for the rest of their lives.

Most Americans believe babies to be a gift from God, not a punishment.

This statement angers me. I just went in with my own daughter, who is married & pregnant now. I got to see this little tiny heart beat going about 140 beats per minute, & she is only 7 weeks along.

And then Obama comes up with a statement like this. YUCK!
