Manufactured to benefit the few and many people have died and billions of taxpayer dollars lost. And this, for all of you that think my sources are from the left, this is from a 3 star General. This war was entirely for profit gain and all including Bush should be investigated just like we spent 50 million dollars to discover Bill Clinton cheated on his wife and lied about it. I feel so bad for the families of the troops who have died or are still serving, my prayers are with you. I want to see Bush, Cheney, Rice, and Pentagon Don on trial for this though it will never happen

sorry, this should work

We earlier discussed what happened in New Orleans and many of you disagreed with me about how unbelievably bad our government dealt with that situation. Well, I read this article this morning about McCain's visit yesterday and what he had to say about how awful Bush dealt with that situation and I have to concede the goodness in his message and will now spend more time listening to his views. I'm proud of the man

McCain visits New Orleans

Hey Z, I figured it out, you like that?? thumbup.gif

Unfortunately I had some stuff to do last night and had to TIVO the debate, but I'm reading alot of the blogs and this is what their saying.

The 2 moderators(Gibson and stephanopolous) were awful and their questions seemed to be more about gossip crap

Both(especially steph who has a long relationship with the Clinton's) seemed to be hammering Obama and going really easy on Clinton(those saying that on the net are registered Republicans BTW)

Neither candidate was great both just OK

Obama had the worst make-up job in TV history lol

ABC should be ashamed of themselves for the moderators

Did anybody watch and have similar or opposite thoughts?

Should you execute someone for raping a child? Of course thats awful, but I think execution might be too extreme, but then I think about that little girl and I want to throw up.

10 things you should know about John McCain (but probably don't):

1. John McCain voted against establishing a national holiday in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Now he says his position has "evolved," yet he's continued to oppose key civil rights laws.1

2. According to Bloomberg News, McCain is more hawkish than Bush on Iraq, Russia and China. Conservative columnist Pat Buchanan says McCain "will make Cheney look like Gandhi."2

3. His reputation is built on his opposition to torture, but McCain voted against a bill to ban waterboarding, and then applauded President Bush for vetoing that ban.3

4. McCain opposes a woman's right to choose. He said, "I do not support Roe versus Wade. It should be overturned."4

5. The Children's Defense Fund rated McCain as the worst senator in Congress for children. He voted against the children's health care bill last year, then defended Bush's veto of the bill.5

6. He's one of the richest people in a Senate filled with millionaires. The Associated Press reports he and his wife own at least eight homes! Yet McCain says the solution to the housing crisis is for people facing foreclosure to get a "second job" and skip their vacations.6

7. Many of McCain's fellow Republican senators say he's too reckless to be commander in chief. One Republican senator said: "The thought of his being president sends a cold chill down my spine. He's erratic. He's hotheaded. He loses his temper and he worries me."7

8. McCain talks a lot about taking on special interests, but his campaign manager and top advisers are actually lobbyists. The government watchdog group Public Citizen says McCain has 59 lobbyists raising money for his campaign, more than any of the other presidential candidates.8

9. McCain has sought closer ties to the extreme religious right in recent years. The pastor McCain calls his "spiritual guide," Rod Parsley, believes America's founding mission is to destroy Islam, which he calls a "false religion." McCain sought the political support of right-wing preacher John Hagee, who believes Hurricane Katrina was God's punishment for gay rights and called the Catholic Church "the Antichrist" and a "false cult."9

10. He positions himself as pro-environment, but he scored a 0—yes, zero—from the League of Conservation Voters last year.10

John McCain is not who the Washington press corps make him out to be. Please help get the word out—forward this email to your personal network. And if you want us to keep you posted on MoveOn's work to get the truth out about John McCain, sign up here:

This is why I would never vote for McCain. For all of you that have been drilling Barack over Rev. Wright's comments, see #9. Many preachers of all faiths can be extremists. I also see #4 and knowing that the next Prez is gonna replace 2 of the Supreme court justices, I will definately not vote for him.
